Cinnamon is a 3 yr old 35 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix rescue from a high kill shelter in Lincoln, NC. She was there for a few weeks and her time was up. She was next on Gas Row with her buddy Mr Bojangles, a Lab/Pit mix. She is up to date on all of her shots including rabies and was tested heartworm negative. She has an excellent temperment and is great with kids of all ages although she does jump up when she gets excited when playing. We are working on that and she does already respond to NO, SIT, DOWN and her new name. She loves to walk on the leash, never pulls. She actually prances when she walks, like a show dog. She is house broken already and tolerates the crate when neccessary. She only barks when she needs to go out to do her business or if she hears a really loud sound. She is not destructive in the house and she LOVES to CHEW RAWHIDE. You can coax her to do anything with a treat. She is a real snuggler and loves to nuzzle under your neck when on the couch. Yes, that is one bad habit I allow. Sorry folks, after all she has been through I think she can use a bit of cuddling. She will be spayed prior to adoption. If you ever wanted a Rhodesian Ridgeback but didn't want a BIG dog...here you go... she missed being identified as a pure bred because of her small stature. So, she is a mini...and one of a kind. Please take her into your home and heart and if you have a big heart...she would be very happy if you took Mr Bojangles along with her.
