Molly is a two year old girl who was seized from an abandoned house by police. She had been locked in a crate inside with no food or water and was literally starving when she was recovered. Good news for our sweet girl, she has since acheived a healthy body condition through good nutrition, supplements, and exercise to help rebuild her muscles and she looks amazing! She is a resilient little girl and has really blossomed! She seems grateful for all she receives in life, as though everything is truly a gift.
Molly is a ball of sunshine and loves all people and shows no hesitation walking up to complete strangers with a wagging tail for pets, love, and to give famous "bulldog kisses" to them. She is trusting of all humans, loves attention, and spends as much of her day as possible loving someone or another dog. Though she's really sturdy and solid at 40 lbs, an SUV in a sedan body, she's not a large dog by any means and fits perfectly on a couch cushion or an inviting lap. :) She loves to lick the faces of and curl up with the five other dogs in her home and she is super gentle and loving with each of them and totally accepting of dogs that come to visit the house. She should go to a home without cats, though, as sometimes she doesn't seem to understand that they are not something she should play with!
Molly knows how to sit, lie down, wait for food, come when called, and walks nicely on a leash. For those who want a young dog but are worried about the high energy levels some possess, she is your girl! She is laid back and spends most of the day curled up with dogs or people taking a nap, and though she loves to run and play outside she is also happy to just be with you.
Molly is spayed, vaccinated, on heartworm prevention and microchipped and has had bloodwork done to verify that she is in good shape. She is just waiting for a home- maybe one just like yours!
