Custom Pet Portraits benefit rescue!

Prices:

$35*- Unframed 8x10, black and white graphite on artist's paper, sprayed with fixative.  

Add $15* if you would like your portrait framed (no extra for shipping), specify a light or dark frame color, our frames are hand crafted by a relative of the artist and are guaranteed one of a kind, solid wood with glass or plexiglass and regular hardware for hanging on the wall.

*There is a $5 for shipping and handling with or without the frame.   If you are local to or surrounding Indiana County we may be able to arrange pickup if you wish to save your $5.

The process:

1. Send as many photos at varying angles as you can to show details to help familiarize the artist with the subject.  You may send digital images or send real photographs in the mail- they will be scanned and returned either right away or safely packaged with your final portrait.

2. Artist completes drawing and scans or photographs to show the buyer, then payment is made.  (Please bear in mind that the scanner does not portray the true quality of the work because it picks out minute details like the grain of the paper, pencil indentations, etc, and reflects light off of the graphite in the pencil making the entire portrait look harsh and scribbly.  These "proofs" are simply there to give you an idea what they look like.  "In person" portraits always look better.)

 3. The finished product is always sprayed with fixative to prevent smudging as best as possible and it is shipped with insurance.
